Why drive for PitStop

Real numbers, not promises.

Every trip pays a minimum of $4.50. Longer-distance trips earn distance bonuses. On bigger orders, you earn 22% of the order margin, capped at $35 per trip. You see the exact pay before you accept.

Flexible. Genuinely.

Accept the trips that work for you, skip the ones that don't. No quotas. No minimum hours. No penalty for taking a day off, a week off, or a season off.

Short routes. East Texas only.

No all-day metro grinds. Most deliveries are within 30 minutes of pickup. We're built around Longview and surrounding towns, not Dallas or Houston.

Weekly direct deposit.

Earnings land in your bank account every week via Stripe. No app credits. No points. No tipping games.

Your phone is the whole job.

Accept a trip with one tap. The app shows pickup, drop-off, the part you're moving, and the exact pay. Optimized routes, real-time customer updates, and photo confirmation on delivery. That's it.

Be one of PitStop's first East Texas drivers.

We're launching with a small founding fleet. Early drivers get first dibs on the highest-paying trips, a direct line to support, and a say in how the system evolves. If being there when something starts sounds like your kind of job, apply.

Driver FAQ

How much will I actually make?

It depends on how often you drive and what trips you accept. Trip pay ranges from $4.50 on a short run to $35 on a high-margin order. We will publish average earnings once we have enough driver weeks to be honest about it.

What do I need to qualify?

A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and a passed background check (we use Checkr, same as DoorDash and Uber).

What kind of vehicle do I need?

Anything reliable. Sedan, SUV, pickup, van. Some oversized parts (truck bed or larger) get matched only to drivers with the right vehicle. You'll see what you qualify for in the app.

Am I an employee or contractor?

1099 independent contractor. You set your hours, cover your own taxes, and decide when you drive.

How fast can I start?

Apply, pass background check (usually 1 to 3 days), download the app, accept your first trip. Most drivers go from application to first earnings inside a week.

What if a part is damaged in transit?

PitStop has cargo coverage for damages outside your control. If you drop it, that's on you. If a vendor packaged it wrong or it shifted in normal driving, we handle it.

Ready to start delivering?

9 applications already in. Background checks run 1 to 3 days. First trip could be next week.
